What is Mindful Art + Design?
First blog post – something about roots, lotus, why the business and what it’s about.. My roots are deep, every lesson learned, good or bad, along my journey has brought me to where I am today.
What does it mean to be mindful? Being mindful means having your mind on what you are doing. It's the opposite of rushing or doing too many things at once. To be mindful, you slow down to take your time. You do one thing at a time. You focus on what you're doing in a calm way.
